Dually licensed in New York and Texas, Marla Woodford is consistently ranked in the top 1% of real estate brokers in the United States. An acknowledged expert, she provides first-class service ensuring that her clients receive clarity, guidance, and expertise throughout every step of a real estate transaction. A native of rural West Virginia, she grew up learning commercial real estate in her family’s third generation business, where she now serves on the board. She is a graduate of Episcopal High School in Alexandria, Virginia. She received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia’s real estate program, where she majored in Real Estate and minored in Finance.

Marla has been a broker for 15 years in New York City where she closed over $100 million annually. Always fighting for her clients, she does not have a cavalier approach and strongly believes in a lifetime customer. Patience, honesty, correct pricing, the best marketing and exposure available have been the benchmarks of her success. Marla states, “I eat, breathe, and sleep real estate. It is my passion, my obsession. The first thing I do every morning before I have a coffee is look at the new inventory to market.”
